SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Terms (Personal Gift/Individual Gift)

 

  • A separate shipping cost from $8.00 - $18.00 (depending on types of fulfillment selected) will be billed together with the actual cost of product upon confirmation

  • Shipment charges is a 1 time fee chargeable for 1 location delivery only

  • We will ship your orders the next business day when it’s ready

  • Do add hello@giftlah.sg in your email contacts so that you wouldn't miss out on the progrssion of your gifts.

Shipping Terms (Corporate Gift)

 

  • Free Delivery for Corporate Gift orders

  • 30 Days lead-time is required upon confirmation of artwork

  • Giftlah shall not be liable should the shipment delayed due to unforeseen circumstances

  • We will deliver the gifts to your stated address during office hour

  • Additional trips is chargeable at $80/trip should there be no representative to receive the orders at your premises

  • Additional Storage is chargeable upon client’s request. Charges is based on per day usage ($15/day).

RETURN POLICY

  • No return or refund will be accepted as the gift is curated and packed in good condition.

PAYMENT METHOD

General Information

 

  • All products is subjected to first come first served basis 

 

Payment Terms (Personal Gift/Individual Gift) 

  • Full Payment must be made upon confirmation 

 

Payment Terms (Corporate Gift) 

  • All Formal Quotation is valid within 14 days from date stated above

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% from the quoted price is required upon approval unless otherwise stated

    • Balance is only required within 30 days payment terms

 

Design Requirements 

  • Handicraft by GiftLah: All visuals in this section is for Visual Reference only. Actual product might have slight difference from visual

  • All Artwork (Logo/Text) will be sent to client for approval upon commencing fabrication work

  • A maximum of 2 amendments per project is given to client

  • Additional amendments will be charged at $80 per amendment

  • GiftLah shall not be liable should the artwork is not approved on time for print thus resulting in using stock/In House designs
